Overview

- Varicose veins
- Ulcers in advanced cases
Why it happens
Damaged or leaky valves allow blood to pool in the legs, raising pressure over time.
When to seek evaluation
If you have ongoing leg symptoms or visible veins, especially with skin changes.
How we evaluate it
Physical exam and duplex ultrasound.
Treatment options
Compression, conservative care, EVLT, RFA, VenaSeal, Varithena, ClariVein, phlebectomy, and wound care when needed.
